Market Entry Packages
Fixed-fee, project-based engagements built for international companies entering the US market. Two packages, scoped by depth, so cost is known upfront and there's no open-ended clock running.

Format

Best for
Early-stage exploration
For companies who need directional clarity before deciding how seriously to pursue US entry. This is the lighter, faster option — a scan rather than a full map, built to answer the question "should we keep going" without the cost of a full assessment. Most clients use Package A to inform an internal go/no-go decision, or to have something concrete to bring to a board or investor conversation about US plans.
01
Scope call
Define your product and likely points of regulatory contact.
02
Scan
Federal exposure and a high-level read on relevant states.
03
Deliver
Summary memo, walked through live rather than emailed cold.

Format
Full report + working sessions
Best for
Committed entry, complex exposure
For companies who've already decided to enter the US and need a complete picture before they do. This is the comprehensive option: full exposure mapping across federal and state jurisdictions, the specific stakeholders you'll need to engage, and a sequenced timeline for how entry should actually happen. This is the package most relevant for AI companies with real regulatory complexity — multiple potential points of federal jurisdiction, cross-state operations, or a product that doesn't fit neatly into one agency's existing framework.
01
Map
Full federal exposure across every agency with plausible jurisdiction.
02
Prioritize
Rank states by regulatory relevance and entry sequencing logic.
03
Identify
Name the specific stakeholders and offices you'll need to engage.
04
Sequence
Build a timeline for how and when entry activity should happen.
Retainer Credit
If a Retainer relationship makes sense once the assessment is complete, a portion of what you've already paid for Package B carries forward toward your first year, if signed within 90 days of completion. No pressure either way — this exists so the assessment isn't a sunk cost if ongoing support turns out to be the right next step.
